Mundo Maya International Airport is located in Flores, Petén department of Guatemala, about one hour from the Mayan ruins of Tikal.

Though I haven't personally flown into Mundo Maya International Airport yet (I drove to Tikal instead), all my friends and acquaintances say that it's a pretty good airport, though on the small side. It's served by several airlines, and flights go from Flores to Belize City, Cancún, and Guatemala City regularly, and charter flights are easy to come by. The airport code is FRS.
